Change or cancel a plan

Changing plan takes effect immediately and keeps every mailbox and its contents. Moving up lifts the limits; moving down keeps everything within the new limits and asks you to resolve anything over them before it applies.

Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for. Mailboxes stay reachable until then, which is the window to move mail out over IMAP.

There is nothing that has to be requested by email. If a change cannot be made in the dashboard, that is a bug worth telling us about rather than a policy.

Did this not answer it?

Mail reaches a person rather than a queue. Include the domain and the exact error if there is one — it saves a round trip.
