Connection settings for any mail client
Incoming mail: IMAP at mx1.ruber.me on port 993, with SSL/TLS. Outgoing: SMTP at mx1.ruber.me on port 465, also SSL/TLS — implicit TLS rather than STARTTLS, so there is no cleartext phase to strip. Your username is the full email address, and your password is the mailbox password.
Most clients only need the address and password — Apple Mail, Thunderbird and eM Client will look the rest up and get it right. Outlook occasionally insists on manual setup; if it offers a choice, pick IMAP rather than POP, which downloads and deletes.
There is no bridge, plugin or helper application. Anything that speaks IMAP and SMTP connects directly, which includes clients we have never heard of.

Mail reaches a person rather than a queue. Include the domain and the exact error if there is one — it saves a round trip.
