Run more than one domain

Paid plans carry more than one domain, each with its own mailboxes and its own records verified separately. Adding a second is the same flow as the first and does not affect the first one's delivery.

Mailboxes are per domain, not shared across them. An address at one domain and the same local part at another are two mailboxes with two passwords, which is usually what you want when the domains belong to different clients or products.

Handing a domain back is a DNS change on your side: point the MX elsewhere and mail stops arriving here. Remove it from the account afterwards to free the mailboxes for something else.

Did this not answer it?

Mail reaches a person rather than a queue. Include the domain and the exact error if there is one — it saves a round trip.
