Add your own domain

Add the domain in the dashboard and choose how the records get written. Either authorize Cloudflare once and we write them through their API, or take the list and add them at whatever registrar or DNS host you already use.

Verification is automatic and repeats on a schedule until it passes — you do not need to press anything after adding the records. Propagation is usually minutes and occasionally hours, depending on the TTL your provider had set before the change.

Until the domain verifies, your ruber.me address keeps working. Nothing is in a half-configured state: mail either arrives at the old address or the new one, never neither.
