Ruber

What the trial includes

Every account starts on a 30-day trial, and there is no free plan underneath it. The trial carries a domain of your own, 5 users, 10 GB of storage and 50 a day of outgoing mail — enough to try any plan, on your own or with your team. Nothing is asked for at signup, card included.

It is the whole product rather than a sample of it. The same spam filtering, the same authentication, the same IMAP and SMTP access as every paid plan; a trial that withheld those would be a trial of something you were not being sold.

When the thirty days are up, sending stops and nothing else does. Your mail is still there, still readable, and still exportable, and incoming messages are still accepted — so an account you come back to in March is the account you left. Choosing a plan lifts the limit; you are not migrating, and nothing has to be set up again.

Did this not answer it?

Mail reaches a person rather than a queue. Include the domain and the exact error if there is one — it saves a round trip.
